What does Lego team building look like?

✓ The event takes place at a location chosen by your team.

✓ One team consists of 8-15 participants. Each team gets their own Lego instructor.

✓ Teams receive identical tasks to solve within a given time frame.

✓ Activities also include Lego robots that introduce participants to the wonders of robotics.

✓ Maximum number of participants is 350.

✓ The event lasts from 2-4 hours.

Lego team building instruktor -Vidakovic

Veljko is the head of the development team for technical team building within Discover Serbia. In addition to this position, he works as a mechanical BIM engineer at the company DIBS 42 and is finishing his master’s studies in Thermoenergy at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. He has conducted more than 200 Lego workshops and participated in over 30 different events organized by DIC such as children’s events, team building, and competitions.

Jovan is a specialist – Professional Mechanical Engineer. He is a teacher of the mechanical group of subjects in the vocational high school “Politehnika” – a school for new technologies from Belgrade. He is the author and lecturer of professional seminars, accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia.

Jovana is a student of engineering management at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. She is focused on project management of a wide range. Lego workshops are her love and hobby. She has led over 20 Lego workshops and team-building adventures as part of Discover Serbia.

Anica is a Master of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade in 2013. She is the founder of the Children’s Innovation Center for robotics and programming for children. She was chosen as an ambassador for women in STEM for Serbia in 2023.

Tatjana is a graduated mechanical engineer and a technical education teacher in elementary school in Belgrade. She is the organizer of six Science Festivals in Schools in Serbia, where she promotes STEAM sciences. Lego workshops are Tatjana’s hobby, and she sees Lego team building as if she herself were a competitor with her team, given a specific task.

Aleksandar Đuričin

Aleksandar is a mechanical engineer who stands out with his creative approach in working with young people. Within the Children’s Innovation Center, he is engaged as an educator at Lego workshops. In his free time, he plays soccer, practices yoga, and volunteers. He successfully applies his versatility and love for education to Lego team building activities in order to achieve specific results and goals of companies.

Alen is an IT expert, the founder of workshops with Lego Education sets for children and young people in Serbia. He is the driving force behind the First Lego League competition in Serbia and the organizer from 2010 to 2019. He holds a UNICEF Upshift mentor license and is a passionate gamer.

Miljana is the regional director of DIC (Children’s Innovation Center) for Vojvodina. She is a student of technical sciences in Novi Sad, majoring in engineering management. She is a leader of the marketing team on social media within the faculty. Organizer of over 250 events – Lego workshops and Lego team-building.

Jovana is a senior at the Faculty of Education in Belgrade. Working with children is her great love, and she sees Lego team building as a way to awaken that inner child in all of us. She is an organizer of large humanitarian tournaments such as “Give a basket for Jelena” and “Play for Vaso” and a competition in social entrepreneurship as part of “Achievements of Young People.

Lego Instructors take care of your team.

Each team gets their own Lego instructor, whose task is to guide the team through the games. All of our Lego instructors are professors at technical universities in Belgrade, who in addition to vast knowledge in the field of robotics, also possess Lego certificates.

Pored ove pozicije radi kao mašinski BIM inženjer u kompaniji DIBS 42 i završava master studije Termoenergetike na Fakultetu tehničkih nauka u Novom Sadu.
